Danes morava biti hitra saj Darko ravno menjava \u0161iht in gre podpisat z novim delodajalcem. Tak je to s kuharji, \u010de ho\u010dejo napredovati morajo menjat \u0161iht, da se kaj nau\u010dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ponvi prepra\u017eimo \u010debulo in dodamo sladko, da karamelizira. Dodamo ostale sestavine, korenje, ingver, sol, poper, timijan, majaron, lovorjev list. \u0160pagete skuhamo po postopku, ki je napisan na embala\u017ei. Med kuhanjem odvzamemo par \u0161efel vode, ki spustijo \u0161krob in ga dodamo v ponev s korenjem. V tretji ponvi prepra\u017eimo panceto z dodatki zeli\u0161\u010d po \u017eelji. Ko so \u0161pageti skuhani, jih zme\u0161amo skupaj s korenjem in panceto. Ko jih serviramo na kro\u017enike naribamo \u0161e peperon\u010dino sir. Namig: za dekoracijo si naribamo peperon\u010dino sir in ga za 3min pogrejemo v pe\u010dici. Uporabimo ga pri dekoraciji \u0161pagetov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popoldne \u0161ibam v Shambalo pomagat v kuhni. Na moje presene\u010denje je prisoten tudi kuhar Matej, ki je pri\u0161el pomagat v kuhinjo. To je ta Matej, ki me je pravzaprav povabil v Shambalo kuhinjo, zdaj pa \u017ee dela pri drugem delodajalcu. V kuhni spet kaos (mislim gu\u017eva). Matej plava v kuhni, lepo je videt majstra, ki obvlada. Pa \u017ee prleti sne\u017ea (beri sne\u017eilka), ki bi ene Udon rezance z govedino.
