V Dino marketu imajo \u017eive v bazenu. Malce mi je nerodno, ker bo potrebno \u017eival ubiti, sam tako je. V marketu si ga dobesedno izbere\u0161 iz bazena, zapakirajo ti ga \u017eivega kar v folijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doma pripravim jastoga po slede\u010dem receptu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jastoga najprej v skrinjo, da &#8220;omedli&#8221;, potlej pa 4 minute v krop. Medtem pope\u010dem \u010debulo, \u010desen in dodam paradi\u017enikovo mezgo, belo vino, poper, sol, peter\u0161ilj in baziliko. V loncu, kjer sem skuhal jastoga napravim \u0161e testenine tako da so napol kuhane. Iz jastoga poberem vso meso, tudi iz kle\u0161\u010d. Ko je osnova s \u010debulo dovolj kuhana, vanjo dodam jastoga, iz njega iztisnim vse sokove &#8220;pri razko\u0161\u010di\u010devanju&#8221; in dodam \u0161e testenine. Vse skupaj kuham \u0161e 10 minut, da se vse skupaj fajn zgosti. Postre\u017eem na kro\u017eniku tako, da jastoga brez mesa pustim na kro\u017eniku za prezentacijo lepo izgleda.
