Takole sem pa skuhal: Sesekljani \u010debuli prepra\u017eim na olivnem olju, dodam ri\u017e in me\u0161am. Dodam tudi belo vino in kuham, dokler ne izhlapi.  Zmanj\u0161am ogenj in dodam toliko juhe, da pokrije ves ri\u017e. Vse skupah kuham pribli\u017eno 25 minut. Po potrebi juho dolivam. Oprano mlado \u0161pina\u010do, maslo in polovico parmezana dodam na koncu, seveda poper in sol po potrebi.
